How long is the order processing time?
We will take up to 3 days to process your order. For example, if you placed your order on Monday, your order will be processed by Thursday.
What are the countries that we ship to?
For now we only ship within Singapore. We are looking to expand shipments to Malaysia soon.
How much is the shipping cost and what is the delivery time?
Shipments are done through Singpost and we base our rates and delivery time on Singpost.

There will be an additional $2.24 (inclusive of GST) applicable for local registered articles.
All registered shipments come with a tracking number, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the tracking number. For items that are not registered, we are unable to do any tracking, however we will be able to let you know the date that we delivered your item.
What can I do if I have not received my item?
If you have not received your item, please drop us an email stating your receipt number and date of purchase and will get back to you as soon as possible.
What can I do if I have received a defective or incorrect item?
To ensure the highest service standards, you are able to return your purchase within 7days. For a defective item, we will replace it for you with a new item. For an incorrect item, we will similary send you the correct item. Under both cases, you are not able to have a different model from the one that you chose during the initial purchase. We will only process replacement item once we have received the defective item.
You can return your item via Post or dropping it of at our head office.
